I have a pair of Rosy barbs, the male is is over 5, the female a little younger...I noticed this year that she changed deeper and deeper orange...hard to tell the male and female apart! is this a fish menopause kind of thing? her belly no longer swells with eggs like it used to. they dont fight, and sort of act like make and female, courtship still.
