Then why the heck are a lot of them picking on each other? Today my two fancy tailed guppies are totally picking on my male Orange Platy. I don't get it? They are
chasing him around and nipping at him?

I'm going to give up I think! lol Or do I just have to understand fish are going to nip and pick on each other? I hate to see it I feel sorry for the fish that's being picked on!

Hmmmm I would think Mr. Platy will get tired of those little guppies sooner or later...I think it's just natural pecking order taking place. Not really sure though since I've never had guppies

ash don't worry it's normal for male guppies to be nippy.
i guess they are males.
they only have one thing on their minds!!
you could add some female guppies to take their attention off the platy.

all off your fish are community fish. their probily just going though a disput but if it doesnt stop id gett some female guppys, if you do this make sure the females out number the males.
