does anyone else ever get that fealing that maybe you've gone too far?
well.....
my zoo.... pardom me, i meen my house  is full of critters!
i have a specific room full of pens, beds and tanks but lately its been spilling out!
i just recently got ANOTHER fish tank (i have 3 now)
don't get me wrong i love every "baby" i have and would not take back getting them for anything!
but i am the kinda person who spoils them
EVERYTHING down to my fish are pampered and noone is neglected
but today i walked into my zoo.... ahem, i meen my house ;)
and i was like
"what have i done?"
i spend on average 4 hours a day, after work, cleaning and caring for (giving attention to), and walking everyone
its gotten so much that i play with my bird, guinea pig and cat all at once so that they all get love
i don't even think i watch tv anymore
it's worth it but sometimes overwelming!
anyone else have those days?

Absolutely~ I have 11 tanks and a bird. Add to that my 4 girls plus my niece that I am currently raising. I have 3 more grown step-kids, 3 grandbabies by the grown ones, plus the children of my very good friends. My husband.
Good grief! I can totally relate to being overwhelmed. ALOT!!!!!

wow,
you sound like quite the pro! :D
i'm glad i don't have kids yet!
if i do meet a guy i wan't to marry (duds so far  )
i hope he's and animal lover cause i feal like i'm "one with the animals"
my house has turned into a sanctuary!
i'm scared to see what i can afford with 2 wages when i do get married!

Look at my sig... lots of time is spent on them and the rest of my day I'm on this site.

I just broke up with my b/f because he didn't like animals. Lol, that's really sad...

That's not sad.
I had to do the same thing.
It's like this- You had the animals before you met him/her- they KNOW you love them and wouldnt give them up- why then, would they bother to even date you if they don't like animals?!
Ugh-

I spend several hours a week just cleaning up after my animals. Dolly is preggy ( we think) so she has been eating alot more...ew.
Boo the pom- goes outside and so I have to chase him down- about 45 minutes a week I guess. ( he's a wandering romeo, lol.)
The puppy- oh god- you know how puppies are.
Then it's time to play-
Tez gets several hours a week of walking time, to the creek around the neighbourhood. Dolly is the same.
On a good day- me and Tez will be gone six hours just walking and swimming. (splashing really, lol.)
He's so cute- tries to splash me with water, hehe.
Floppy the cat- well he takes care of himself.

Right now I'm getting ready to go dog sit for a friend- oh man-
She has two Rodesian Ridgebacks a Lab mix and a Catahoola (sp?) Leopard Dog.
The biggest one maxing out at around 145 pounds. All thinking they are lap dogs!

Arent animals great?!

I have two dogs that just love to get into everything when Im gone. So I spend an hour cleaning up there junk that they got into plus vacumming the carpets because they shed like crazy. My wife is lucky to have a man like me. I make sure this is all done before she comes home. Then I have tend to my fish and make sure they are all there and looking healthy. Then I have a 5 year old that loves to rough house and wrestle all day and I have to get on him and try to help him clean his mess. Its a daily process but your right, I would never give it up.

:D your wife is lucky!
every married man i know (including my brother in law, father, and grandpa) doesn't lift a finger when it comes to housework!
what a luckygirl!
i live by myself but the lasy guy i dated was lazy and didn't like animals!

He didn't appreciate animals roaming the house (even though they are all clean and friendly) so he asked me one day if he ever moved in if i would kick the free range animals (dog, cat and guinea pig) outside perminantly and cage my bird!

i laughed and now he's gone!
BIG MISTAKE PAL!!!!!
thats like asking a mother to "tie her kids outside!"

wow that is alot of animals i don't know how you guys/girls do it
