im going around the forums and asking on what to get for my 30 gallon and im finally at the oddball section so what is a good oddball for my next 30 gallon community

If you dont have any really small fish, like neons, then a African Butterfly Fish is a great little oddball.

Edit: Helps if i spell the fishes name right, haha

butterfly fish cost a large ammount down here and i cant afford it (its around 40 to 60 dollars per fish) any smaller fish i could get? ive had my eyes on bumblebee gobys or a goby of some kind any ideas?

Senegal bichir, but in Australia they well cost you quite a lot.

Small goby species? Small(is) puffers?

Most of the small spiny eels are fine with small fish and wont make any attempt to eat or attack them. You could also try some mini catfish like the south american bumblebee catfish (which I have a tank set-up for, and once settled theyre really fun to keep) or some of the smaller asian stone catfish. Have a look at the pinned topic at the top of the oddball forum, theres and anti tankbuster topica, thats the best place to start.

what are bichirs? im interested in one but ive never seen one in my LFS how much would it cost for one or is it easier just to get a few bumblebee gobies
