Odd Size Tank

I have a weird shaped tank, 17x11x24inches aprrox 73l 16uk gal/19us gal.

Would it be suitable for angels? maybe a small shoal or not?

If not any sugesstions on what could go in?

Hm... maybe a pair, but honestly, that's a really small tank for angels. Tolak would be better at judging that size, he's had a lot more experience than I have.

IMHO, I would choose a pair or trio of apistos or rams, instead.

I had a 20 gallon with 2 angels... Way too much aggression, and way too little space.


Maybe just have one guy would be okay.

an adult angel would need at least 18" of water (not including the substrate)
so no the tank is too small just on the height alone

Thanks for the replies, I guess i put the size down wrong, its 17" length, 11"depth and 24" deep. so its very tall and narrow hence the odd size!

so angels are out any thoughts on what else could go in?
