I recently purchased 4 gourami. 2 Gold, and 2 Opaline. about 7cm in size.
they went into a 200 Litre tank with 15 cherry barbs, and 15 neon tetra.
the tank has a lot of rocks and live plants.
my problem is, the gourami are all hanging around one of the top corners,
just chillin out. they rarely come down from there, although i have seen them on occasion swim down to the bottom.
they eat, they associate with each other, and when they were in the LFS they swam around a lot, but nothing now.
water conditions are great as i only changed the water the day before i got them.
ammonia and nitrite are at 0, and only a trace of nitrate. GH i think was around 15. temp 26c
any ideas?
