Odd Behavior?

My green spotted puffer appears to be curling up, and bobbing/floating around the tank. I have not seen him do this before, and yesterday he seemed perfectly normal. When i approach he uncurls and seems to be hungry, so i will feed him, but this has got me worried. He's a little sluggish as well, but as far as temp and water goes, they appear fine. Maybe a minor change?

hes fine.sometimes puffers curl like that and drift around.its normal.my figure 8s do it alot
