nutrafin co2 system refills??

ok so i just bought a secondhand tank off a mate and he gave me a co2 system aswell, however i begrudge spending a fortune on the refils and was wondering if its possible and how to use this with the yeast sugar mix??

just a quick answer will do as my wife's out shoppin at the mo and will hopfully get me the yeast and whatever i need...

fill with sugar to the first fin, add 1 tsp yeast (preferably wine making but baking will do) and 1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda.

fill with warm water to the top fin (inside the cannister)

screw on lid and forget about it for 2 weeks.

repeat.

dont ever bother with the refils they contain the same ingredients as above.

Activator = yeast

Stabaliser = Bicarb.
