:hi: to the forum

When you say your tank is cycling what exactly do you mean. I am not trying to say anything bad here but there have been many lately that do not quite understand what the cycling process involves. so to get you off on the right foot could you explain what you are doing to cycle the tank, please. As far as guppies go they are great fish. they are colorful and they are livebearers, which means the female gives birth to live baby fish, we call them fry. Here is a link to check out lots of great stuff about guppies. We could tell you lots about them here or in the livebearer section on the forum but it is much better for you to find the information and read about the fish you like. Then if you have questions just ask them here and one of us will usually have an answer for you.. Again welcome to fishkeeping. :)
