Hmm.... it's very puzzling.....

None of the other fish in my tank seem to be doing it at all... infact, I posted earlier about my betta building a bubble next because he's so happy, so I don't think it's the general water quality that is causing some irritation....

so, the question is, do I;

a) do a decent water change... between a quarter and a third
B) add whitespot treatment incase it's something more serious
c) leave him alone and observe him a bit more
d) none of the above - here's what I think...."_________________"

Thanks everyone..... I hope Mr Flipper is OK!!! :(

Don't add white spot treatment you'll kill it :no: It will burn it.
Try a water change .They are very sensitive to water quality :nod:

Hi all

I did a water change last night and that seems to have stopped him flicking.... however, I have now noticed one or two of my little cory's flicking a little too.... I noticed you advised so far that I don't use whitespot treatment... what can I do to treat their symptoms without harming my elephantnose? Wouldn't further water changes introduce new water which would further irritate? I obviously use tap-safe and aquarium salts, but wouldn't there still be a little irritation there if i change too much?

Thanks for your help so far!!

Hope they're OK :-(
