ok this is kind of a basic question, but i got more bettas today, and all of them are hanging at the bottoms of there respective tanks, sluggy in moving. is this because of the shock of the move or what?

Could be. Were they active when you got them?

yea very. the females were barring up as i set the jars next to each other to bag them and the males flared their butts off.
