NOSEY BETA..!!

Hi everyone! thought I'd post a pic of our beta.. it is still young.. so its hard to tell yet if its male or female...?
anyone got any ideas..? anyway she/he has been very nosey of our apple snail.. and I have just started noticing that she is possibly trying to eat him
which isnt good at all, cos we will have to move one of them.. anyone else had this problem..? heheh shes so naughty.. but the most interesting fish ever!

well thought Id update everyone who has posted , thanx for your lovely comments by the way
we decided to take our snail out of that tank and have moved him to a larger tank in our lounge, I sat and watched little naughty beta for quite some time, and she/he was most definately trying to pick little bits off our poor snail..
He was getting eaten alive! poor Gary.. so he is safe and sound now in the new tank with not so carnivirous tankmates
