Northern Ireland Co2 Refill

Hey guys,

I'm really struggling to find somewhere that I can get refills for a co2 cylinder near Belfast. Can someone reccommend somewhere? I have emailed losts of places with very few responses.

Usually not many places 'refill' co2 cylinders instead its usually swapping an empty tank for a full tank. Then you only pay for the cost of the gas. Your ownership of the cylinder is transferred every time you swap it. Its hard to find a place to actually refill a tank on the spot because the equipment to do so is very expensive, most cylinders are shipped back to a refiller then back to the shop.

CO2 is a very commonly used gas so some place near you must swap cylinders. Look for places that do beverage supplies. There are multiple large CO2 tanks behind every soda fountain and this is probably the most common use for CO2. Welding supply stores will also normally swap CO2 tanks.

I've found a few places now that are able to refill an empty cylinder but they havent been able to supply me the cylinder in the first place. Any ideas on where I should look? Ive tried some welding places already with no luck.

Is this for a fire extinguisher? My girlfriend works for a FE company, its in Antrim though if that's any good to you.
