Noisey Tetratec 1200

Hi all
does anyone have any suggestions for solving a noisey external (tertratec 1200) . Its been fine for a yr, and now its getting increasing noisey.

I have two externals and the other is still as quiet as before, ive stripped it down and still noisey!

any ideas of causes?

Sounds like a worn impella try gettin a new one you might be able to get one by emailing tetra if its shot it in a year! they do come with 3yr warrenty!
