I just purchased a used hiptop (sidekick) from a friend who is moving. He gave it to me for 80 dollars along with the charger. It was working great all morning till' I had it in my hand and i'm not sure if I pressed a button but it turned off. Now, this darn thing has been charging for the full four hours as recommend and still, it wont turn on when I press the power button firmly for 3 or more seconds. What is wrong? Do I need a new battery? Did this "friend" do something to the phone in order to make it shutdown at a certain time. Okay maybe i'm getting a little carried away but common' whats going on!?
I may just have to take it into my phone company tomorrow.
