Once your cycle is complete. How long does it take for nitrites take over ammonia dose to bring it back to zero?

I'll try my best, keep the ammonia dose to 5.0ppm and nitrites should fall between 2-3 weeks and reach zero

I'm not sure what you asked, but once your cycle is complete, you won't have any measurable ammonia or nitrite in the aquarium. If you do, the cycle isn't complete.

I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for or not.

I think what your saying is ... once the cycle is complete ammonia 0 nitrite 0 ...then you add another dose of ammonia to check if everything really is cycled. This should not take too long usually 24 hours. as long as the dose is the same as you were using all along. Hope thats what you were asking canarsie11
