Is There a way to keep my remaining 3 neons from dieing? All the rest of em died. I am continuously doing water changes. Is there anything else I can do?

How often are you changing the water???They are a product called prime and it works great on both ammonia and nitrites. How long has your tank been up and running for What is the reading on your nitrite and ammonia???
