Got the led lights up… so I can see to clean it out….

This is what aquariums look look like after a soft shut down 20 years ago

Plastic plants and lime stone slabs… if I remember right this one had African cichlids in it back then

Still going to be a while before this tank is ready... but as mentioned, I was thinking of the littlest of Rainbows...

do you think I can mix in some small colorful danios, Some Killi Fish, and small rainbows, with a blending or averaging of water conditions...

also this is an abstract question... this tank is only a 45 gallon tall, but curious if fish called "nano fish" would suffer / get "lost" in a big tank, ( 120 gallon or so ) if grouped in a recommended group size

Small species of Melanotaenia will be fine with danios but I wouldn't mix Pseudomugils with danios.

Killifish should be kept on their own so they don't get picked on. Some species might be ok with Pseudomugil getrudae or Iriatherina werneri, but fish like the golden panchax will cause problems to the smaller fish.

You can have groups of little fish in a big tank. Just have a decent sized group and they will be fine.
