Newish Cory Owner

I have never kept cory's before but a few months ago I brought myself 2 peppered corys and they got me hooked on them I have now got 3 others 2 bronze and 1 julli though I do love the look of the panda corys I also seen a very nice tank I want to save up and purchase at a later date its much bigger and alot newer than my poor old tank.

I just thought I'd write that I own and am hooked on these cute little fish well to me they are cute next to my 2 little key holes.

just a quick note, they do best in groups of 6 of there own type, but sometimes they will show will different types, my Trilinius has started going in a group with the bronze aswell

Thanks for the info mine have been swimming happily together so far will get more if I end up purchasing the bigger tank I did have a bigger tank but it got smashed by my nieces little boy she let him climb up and the tank fell and smashed wasn't much fun cleaning up the mess so now I'm back to my 3ft tank and my 1.5ft tank which is 2ft tall but the tank I have my eye on is 6ft long by 2ft wide and 3ft deep and its very nice comes with lights and cabinet etc.. so if I get that and set it up think it will look great but just need the money for it as at the mo is out of my price range and I think it would house my cory's rather well.

the new tank sounds good if you get it and maby you could get your niece to put somthing towards it lol, Good luck

I doubt she'll put anything towards it though I think she should as she should control her child, but I'll try and get my family to put in some money for my birthday and will keep it aside for a nice new tank hopefully the one I seen.
