i'm pretty excited about my newest pleco. and i got him for only $25! usually the gold nuggets here run $50 and up

he's really not that dark, he's just in the shadow. oh, and he's a caucatoides (cockatoo cichlid). he's just checking out his new tankmate

With those spots, he could blend in with saltwater fish!

He is very pretty I have two of them. I had a rough time with mine at first. But they are ok now that I know what they like to eat. I soak thier food in garlic and they love it..Good luck with yours it is awsome and a good price too I might add.

They are lovely indeed
They only thing that's put me off are their adult size (14") and being quite territorial and not all that hardy
