that tank looks really nice, what plants have you got in there i can see some amazon swords(i think :) ) vallis and is that bushy stuff cambomba, what other plants do you have?

if i was you i would buy at least another 2-3 neons, they like to be in a group of 5 or more

yeh the plants are amazon swords at the back left, im sure its cabomba at the front left. front right is vallis and back right i think is wisteria. The wisteria is getting quite big but when i get fry im planning to cut some of that off and use it in my nursery tank as a floating plant.
I did used tohave more neons but they got whitespot and soon after died though my others are all healthy now.

hey thanks yesterday i got a tank and fish off ebay that we went to collect . the way she packed it was so alot of the water was still in there and we just placed the fish in bags and put them inside that. the car journey wasnt long so we got home set it up added a bit more water using the fresh start stuff to get rid of chlorine and now we have 3 guppies in there. The tank has already been cycled atc because they had it for over 4 months and there children werent interested anymore. Got the whole tank setup for £24 including tank, filter, heater, gravel, 2 ornaments, a gravelvacum and xtra food, and 3 male guppies, some kind of pleco and a dwarf gourami. The pleco and dwarf gourami are in my main tank now though.
will post pics later

last picture, the fish on the right is actually an endler :)

very nice, sorry but i am no help on the pleco

oh is it? i was told by the lady it was a guppy. i dont know anything about endlers. is there any info on this site about them?

x

Endlers are actually wild guppies, try Foster and Smith's website, I got my endlers from there and have had great success with them. They are little cuties

oh ok then i might end up giving them away as i need that tank for when my guppies give birth and i dont know if theres enough room for the guppy and 2 endlers to go in my main tank. what do you think?
Its difficult though because i only have 3 female guppies (and one male in their) at the moment so i cant really add another 3 males as the ratio would be wrong.

ok bought a black background and some live plants for the little tank and i think it looks nicer now. makes the green of the plants really stand out.
