Newbie With A Couple Questions

Hello I have a couple questions I was wondering if someone can help me out with:

1). What is/Who are LFS ?
2). What is a skimmer & sump used for and do I need both for a fish/live rock setup?
3). Can someone recommend a master test kit? I am looking for one that includes the satinity test.
4). I am planning on getting 2 yellow tangs and 2 clown fishes do you think they will get along without killing each other?

Well I think thats all the questions I have right now. I would really appreciate the help.

LFS is a local fish store.
A skimmer removes protein film from the water
I don't know a thing about salt water you might try asking about that here
