Hi guys, this is my first time visiting a fish forum
as im new to fishkeping.
My tank over the last few days has developed murky water, before it was crystal clear for a few days and then overnight turned murky iam worried as i dont want the fish getting ill, however small they may be
, i now have 2 small 'fancy' goldfish in it which i got today seem to be getting along fine, it also has an oxygenaiting plant in. But i dont have a test kit as i was told it is not essential.
Im new to this and i have read about the whole cycling thing and followed those guidelines, iam going to do a 20% water change tommorrow, which i was told has to be done as my fish have just gone in.
Any answers / advice is GREATLY appreciated

though probably not enough for two goldfish. Murky water could be a bacterial bloom in which case it will die down or it could just be gunk if you don't have a filter.
