Wrong place or right place, i'm lazy and dont want to do 2 posts.

Here's my intro/background:
I have a 150G oceanic, a 10G quarantine and 5G quarantine.

I currently have 3 parrots, 1 angel and a clown loach in the ten and a handful of zebra danios in the 5 since my tank is out of commission.

I've been in the hobby for about 13 years graduating from a 10 to a 29 to a 150.

I know most of the ins and outs and eventually intend to go with R.O. and Discus with Australian rainbows.

My 150G is out of commission for the 3rd time due to a leak. This is where i'm becoming experienced very quickly.

My seal did not hold two other times. I am using extreme caution this time.

When you think of wet sealer, this may not be what you had in mind:

I scraped, cleaned and resealed my 150G Oceanic less than 48 hours ago (the recommended cure time). last night, I put a gallon jug of drinking water on top of the tank. I never intended for it to be in the tank, but thanks to good fortune, it sprung a leak. I had about a gallon of water in the bottom of the tank. Just enough to get everything wet.

My big question here is whether to worry.

Should I say "to heck with it!" and carry on, or start over.

Why?

Any hints, tips or tricks that would help at this time are also appreciated.

P.S. does anyone know how to fix my name?
it's supposed to be Rutipz2
