I'm relatively new as well but i'll tell ya welcome also. Tags are what you use to change your text or input a link or picture. Tags are the name for the codes used in HTML to change these things. You have buttons that act as "quick" tags if you do not know the code. For example bigger text is represented by a [.SIZE=10.] with the bigger text here. it is then closed by [./SIZE.] to end it, without the periods. Hope this helps a bit.
