Newbie from Florida

Hi! I have been into fishkeeping since January, and can not get enough of it! I love learning as much as I can about my babies, and am addicted to forums! I currently have a 100 gal. tank with 2 oscars, 2 jack dempseys, & 1 large Pleco, and 29 gal. tank with a red eared slider, a 20 gal. long community tank with 7 cories (3 diferent types), 2 opaline gouramis, 1 bristlenose pleco, 3 otos, 6 neons, & 1 male betta. I also have a 10 gal. "Sponge Bob" tank at work that currently only has 1 male betta in it at the moment. I look forward to learning on this forum & to contribute when I can!

As far as your fish kicking my fish's butts, I will grant you that. I am a newbie, and you are much further along in the hobby, but I do have a few tricks up my sleeve SMB, so LET'S ROCK! (I'll give you a hint. It has to do with handcuffs, edged weapons and firearms). (smile) Just call me the Terminator!

Well you guys are going to kick the Gators behind this year so I have to come up with something to help my ego out. Hopefully the Gators will get lucky and beat FSUcks.

I'll do my best. There's so many people here that are so knowledgable that it's not even funny. A great group of people.

BTW, being that this is a partly UK and Canada forum and to explain all this... the Florida Gators and Florida State Seminoles are a longtime and a hated rivalry. (in the sports sense, not irl) and that's what the joking is about. I'm not really that mean to a newcomer.

Seriously though, I'm slowly working my way up from a 1 gal. tank, and I think the diversity (like you going for the 100 gal.), and knowledge gained and contained, and eagerly shared in these forums can only benefit us all very much!
