new worm question

I have treated the tank with Octozin because some of the fish had internal worms. Treated for three days, finished two days ago.
I looked into the tank minutes ago and saw a swarm of tiny white worms, only just visible to the naked eye wriggling near the surface. What on earth are they? An hour ago I gave the fish frozen blood worm, did they come in the food?
There has been no new fish or plants added lately!

probably 'planarians' (sp?) - harmless, though usually down to a lack of maintenance

.... also any medication (despite what they claim) can knock the filter bacteria for six, so keep your feeding to a minimum for the next week 'til the bacteria recover
