New To The Forum :)

Hi My name is Andi. I'm new to the forum. I have been working @ a local pet store for a 11 months now and I just decided to set up a 30-gallon tank for my 19-month old. As of now, it has been set up and running for a little over a week and a half and has has Rosy Barbs living in it for a week successfully. Tomorrow, I will be adding 2 Bala's and 2 Parrot Cichlids. This is only the beginning, I will upgrade within the year to a larger tank in order to properly accommodate my fish. I will post a picture tomorrow

Are the Rosy Barbs for a fish in cycle?

@blondielovesfish I was using the rosy barbs as a test run basically. I didn't want to us goldfish as a cycle, so I used the barbs. But they're staying with the others that are getting added tomorrow.

Do you test water at all tankuga?
If it were me I'd wait a few more weeks just to make sure it's safe in there.

Yes, I do @TallTree01. I also used a cycle and aquarium salt. I've checked it and everything is fine. If it wasn't, I definitely wouldn't be putting my fish in this early. Lol.
