New To Plants....

Hi all,
Im new to growing plants, this section is awesome there is no much info but my mind is blown with all the info. Its truly superb.

Trying to work out what plant is easiest and fastest growing, also where best to buy online. So many choices its great, but what does everyone reccomend for the newbie

It all depends on your tank, Morph. How big is it, how much light do you have, what kind of fish do you have, and my most important question... how far into this do you want to go? Are you looking to throw a sword or two in there and not have to worry about them much, or do you want to get into fertilizing, co2, high lights?

In a low light low maintenance tank, Cryptocoryns can do very nicely. As can an Amazon sword, but they are heavy root feeders, so you will need root tabs for it. Anubias and Java Ferns do well in low light too.
