New To Planted Aquamarine Tank

So i have 3 planted(2Potted and 1 Planted) plants that dont seem to be doing well ( clear brown color coming to leaves, planted plant has several leaves rot off already but seems to be doing fine now) what do these plants require, or need to start growing healty again?

okay, I've not kept either of these plants so will admit to knowing nothing about them so I'll pass this on to someone who has kept them and can advise you better

Let's start off with tank stats. Size of tank, height of tank, lighting used, substrate, any fertilizers dosed regularly, etc??

20 gallon tank 20 gallons tall and the width is about 19Cms( dont know why i measured the width )
Light used is a 60Watt T5 Flourescent flight, gravel/big rock substrate, Aqueon Aquarium plant food Adds micro and macro nutrients
i add 4Mls per day(as it says smaller doses are better
