hi, my partner and i have recently got a very large (700) litres tank and have decided to go for the oddballs. have researched many sites on the web but now confused lol! please could you post us some ideas of some weird and wounderfull oddballs any1 have in mind, thanks.

hi and welcome to the forum

take it thats a tank of 60x30x24 size?

If so you could have many oddballs

have a good serch around site at various types such Bichirs, Fire/tyre track eels, flagtail prochilodus, black ghost knifefish, channa snakeheads, oscars,

a tank that size though would be unsuitable for arrowana and rays unfortunatley

have a searcg round at what you fancy and then fire away with your questions

It all depends whether your wanting a species tank or a community, look into bichirs, gars etc, your tank should also be large enough for the smaller lungfish species.

Not sure what the experts will say but my 10 inch Black Ghost lives fine with my two 9 inch oscars, during daylight hours there paths don;t cross and I can;t account for what happens at night

Flagtails are ace I have one and he is suck a stunning fish
