Welcome, good to have you aboard . If I were you, I'd start by deciding if you want corals now, later, or not in the forseeable future (next 2 years) as that choice dictates some of your startup

As Skifletch said, that all decides how much you need to spend, size of tank required, how much light is required and lots more.
