New Tank

Hello everybody I have some coldwater fish (2 small weather loach,2 japanese rice fish and 3 VERY small mountain minnows )In a very shallow tank but a friend of mine's gold fish died and he gave me his tank,its 25 liters and its alot nicer than my current tank so I transfered my current coldwater fish to it.The tank still seems very bare So the bottom line is. can I put more fish in my tank?

Are you aware weather loach grow to 10"?

Also WCMM aren't really suitable for a tank that small, they're meant to be very active, and they're also meant to grow to 1.5"

The only fish suitable for the 25l tank are the rice fish, if it were me then I would re-home the fish above, and up the number of rice fish to 6-8.

Well now that I looked I think the rice fish are actually big mountain minnows
