I have a new 50 gallon tank.

Equipment:
Filter
Air pump/ bubble stones
Heater on 78
Background
Gravel (white, small)

Questions:
Can I have plants in my tank?
-I've got a white tube/shop light in there
-Light will be on for 10-14 hrs. a day.
-Is this ok for plants?
What types of plants should I have?
- I hear Eldoa and Amazon swordplants grow fast and Nitelli is good for fry
-I'll have silver dollars, tetras, and livebearers in there...
Where should I place plants?
-I know that I should place big plants in back and short in front
-Should I place plants in front of or behind bubble stones?
Bubble stone positioning?
-I have three big bars and have placed the long on in back and the shorter
ones on the sides
-Is that ok? Too many bubbles? Bad to place on sides?
Ornament?
-What's a good place to buy ornaments from the original habitats of the fish?

Anything lacking?

Sorry about the text flood... :(

ok,
off cours u can have plants in ur tank
plant light is up to the plant type, 10-14 hours is fine i guess

follow ur imagination, look at other poeples tanks,
just watch the water and the alge
if u want to hide the electrical stuff, hide it with ur plants,
put the bubble stone anywhere you like!
