i found a tank in lfs with heater undergravel filter two lights inside canopy tanks roughly 1ft buy 1.5ft 1.ft looks gr8 perfect for my little boy B) only costs £36 a bargain me finks southern aqatics is the fish shop

Tis not bad. My daughter chose a betta boy today from out lfs and it wasn't until I got him home I realised he's actually a combtail!! A little skinny but that should not be a problem. Am gonna cross him with my ct girly once he's settled.

is it acrylic or glass?

I recently picked up a 18"x12-15 (Hex fronted)"x12" acrylic tank with internal filter + lighting for£19.99: its one of those with a 3 tiered waterfall. Not bad I thought, but with a heater then £36 is quite reasonable.

A glass tank with filter an heater is a good price. My recent betta tanks have all had to be acrylic. Much prefer glass, except when they break. Bleurgh.
Yes I am in the UK. And this guy was a find I can only attribute to my daughters sharp eyes. The only combtail in a shop of veiltails.
