New Tank Help!

This is my first post and I need helP really badly please!
I have a twenty gallon tank that I set up about a week ago and I have never done this before.
It is all cloudy and I can barely see through the water. What should I do? Are my fish going to die? : (

did you wash the gravel or sand before you put it in?

No. I had nooo idea. Now what?

well i would recomend do a large water change, most of the dust from the substrate will be too thin for the filte to pick up quickly, so do a water change and that will help

Ok. How much do I change?

i would do roughly a 70% change, but if its really really bad then change all of it, otherwise it will take forever to clear

if your changing all of it... take the fish out... and put them in a bucket until its done. (sorry for stating the obviousness)
