New Tank And Dont Know How To Work It?

my friend has recently (today) bought a HAGEN 130 litre tank ,
he is mainly having trouble with the filter ,
have any of you got this sort of tank if so can i have some advice??

what sort of instructions are you after? the mechanical side of how to put the filter together or the technical side, for cycling and so on.
