New Tank Advice

Hi all, I am looking at buying a new tank and have a found a couple I like

Aqua one Aquience R 1200r

Aquatlantis Evasion Evo 120

They booth look similar but the Aqua One comes with T5 lighting and the Aqualantis comes with T8

I have plans for a planted tank but no intentions of it becoming a forest.

Any ideas on the pros and cons of either tank? Does anyone own either of them?

Both are stunning tanks and I am with envy!

Being a sort of self confessed AquaOne nut and that it has T5 lighting that would be my choice/dream

Based on nothing other than ......no science involved

Well no other opinions from anyone, so I went with your suggestion and ordered the Aqua One 1200r today.

You made the right choice T5 are the more powerful lights, sorry I missed this thread before and couldn't back up doresy but it doesn't really matter surely

Glad you said that I made the right choice cos its all ordered and paid for now. I think it was the T5's and the fact its a little wider and taller than the Aqualantis that sealed the deal.
