Well, I was planning on getting some more synodontsis petricola to go with the 2 I have already for my new tank.
Today I was in one of my local fish shops and I noticed in one of the cichlid tanks 2 petricola! They are fairly big at around 2.5" each (S.Petricola grow very slowly and are known as a "dwarf" species).
So, I went up and enquired about them - why were they quite big, where they a pair etc. The guy told me they had been brought in by a guy with a stupidly small tank
.. They were priced up as £25 for both but I managed to haggle him down to £20!
So here they are!.
