New setup advice?!

I am transferring my discus from a 240 litre 4 footer to a juwel rio 400 5 footer this weekend, does this setup sound ok;

Eheim 2217 filter (soon to be upgraded to pro 2 - 2128)
Rainbow Lifegard FB 300 fluidized bed
TMC Vecton 15 w UVC sterilizor
Ehaim Professional 1 2329 wet/dry filter
JBL protherm undergravel heating cable
JBL Florapol (plant substrate)
JBL profi 3 CO2 system (with solenoid, night switch off and ph control)
Quartz substrate

The stock will be 10 discus, 2 pairs rams, 3 whiptails and (hopefully) some Zebra plecs
