New Plec

I've just bought my first common bristlenose today and I am so excited!

He is in a 3ft community tank and I can't wait to see him grow!

I have a question though...

What is the best food to feed them? I've done some research and it mostly says like algae tablets and stuff. Is that enough, or do they need more variety?

as well as algae tablets give it cucumber, courgette, peas, and even melon as a change as it will love them

Also, melon as in watermelon, rockmelon? doesn't matter?

courgette is also called zuchini i think as regards the melon a few ppl have said honeydue is the way to go but i have never actually tried melon so not sure just know some ppl feed it you can also give potatoe to plecs although if its in there to long the starch may discoulour the water
