Hey, sorry if this question has already been asked but I didn't find it. I'm starting a new 55 gallon planted tank, and I wanted to know what kind of substrate is best for plants and whether a substrate heater should be used. Also, what's the best way to anchor plants so they don't get un-rooted? Thanks.
