Hi, im looking at getting a new light for my nano, (this tank)its onlt 14L it currently has LED lighting that is pretty poor in my opinion it has a blue tinge to it that i dont like either.

So, what good lighting options are there for a nano?

I was looking at an arcadia arc pod 9W, but would i need to add co2 or would it be ok as is?

Sorry if these are stupid questions, gota start somewhere :)

Thanks, matt.

With that light you'd need to add ferts and CO2 you'd have the equivilent of like 3 watts per gallon. I'd grab a lil bottle of TPN+ and a little bottle of Flourish Excel (carbon) and you'd only dose tiny amounts so they'd last ages and you could grow anything then.

Ooh i do like the sound of that, didnt know you could get co2 in a bottle i thought it was pretty much just bubble injection lol
What sorta price would i be looking at for that stuff and can i get online anywhere? Thanks for the quick reply

So if i didnt add anything extra what would happen to the plants? Also any disadvantages to ferts etc fish wise? Thanks
