New Life Spectrum Betta Pellets Size Issues

Hi

It seems somebody at New Life Spectrum quality control is not paying attention to the production line.

Heres the problem, The pellets are too big and inconsistent in size.

Now I know this photo is funny, But it also poses a serious issue with over feeding.

I did a comparison of Atisons Betta food, An old expired batch of New life Spectrum and a new Batch of new life specrtum.

You bee the judge.

On the left is the Atisons pellet In the middle is a pellet from the old batch, and on the right a pellet from the new batch. all 3 pellets were picked at random.

Heres a close up, Can you pick the old batch from the new?

Makes it kinda hard when you have to tell a new Betta keeper how much to feed the fish.

Blimey!! That's quite a difference in size! Imagine feeding 3 of those twice a day - that's going to cause all sorts of issues.

Are you going to contact them about it?

I did over 4 weeks ago, No reply thats why I am complaining on a forum.

Do they have a Facebook account (and do you)?

Companies seem to respond waaay faster to a complaint via social media than any other way. Damage control at its finest - we had 3 years of continuous problems with a Telco until I posted a rant on their Facebook feed, they totally fixed all the problems in a week.
