New In Texas

Hi everyone
 
I am new to Tropical fish. I have dabbled off and on with goldfish etc, but this is my first actual aquarium setup. I live in Texas with my husband and our many fish and one cat. Currently I am in school for Criminal Justice  & Sociology.
 
I have:
 
A red platty (Sheldon) and a Fancy Guppy (Amy)
A black & white molly (Spot)
Gouranme (Gilbert)- Big, pretty and bratty!
Neon Tetras (The Brady Kids)
Green Lantern Platty named Aquarius
Betta named Gandhi
 
I also have a Russian Blue cat named Xena
