NEW GIRLIE BETTA!!

YAY! omg i'm in so much trouble, my bf is permanently banning me from fish stores, bc i go in and i just CANNOT leave without "rescuing" one of those bettas! Come on, i mean half the bettas were dead or dying, i would have beat myself up if i didnt take at least one home. i wish i could have rescued them all. *sigh*

But anyways the one i saved is a white girl, with some light blue at the tips of her fins, such a cutie pie. I have her in a big fishbowl with this awesome new shiny maroon gravel that i found at the lfs, and a lil plant and a lil clay pot (which she already digs hanging out in!) I'm sort of undecided on a name right now but i will post back when i think of a good one! byes! ~dEx

YES! Congratulations on getting a betta babe! WOOHOO!!!!
We have the same problem. I am unable to go to Petco because I KNOW I will walk out of there with at least one betta, even though my primary objective was to get a new bulb, or gravel, or something that doesn't wiggle, come in different colors, or flare.

haha clearly we are effected by the same psychological disorder!! we just cant help it!! its not our fault!! yah i went to petsmart yesterday and my bf had to pry this awesome crowntail out of my grubby little hands. haha dammit i wish i would have got him! lol....however my bf and his housemates are going home from university for xmas and i get to take care of 4 more bettas for about a month!! (3 are my bfs haha i got him addicted too, and i've just started forcing the addiction onto his house mate!! ) ~dEx
