New Fish!

So I went in and traded in some of my extra fry and 2 Geos and i got an awesome deal! I got 12 Zebra danios, 1 Gibbecs Plec and 5 Red Tail Mirror Blue Tetra
(Hyphessobrycon sp.) I reserched and found out that I got nearlt 60 dollars worth of fish! Danios (.99 each) Plec(10 bucks) Tetra(8 dollars).
But anyways enough of that....
I love the Red Tail Mirror Blue Tetra and want some more, exempt i went and got them all from the LFS DOH i want some other tetra that will school w/ them and hopefully not nip or get nipped by them or anyother fish.

Currently I have:

5 X Red Tail Mirror Blue Tetra
2 X Skirt Tetra
2 X Bosemani Rainbows
3 X Pearl Danios
3 X Aenus Corys
3 X Spotted Corys
1 X Plec

What else should I get? More tetra or more rainbows or something else?

Hyphessobrycon columbianus grows to about 60-70mm, is very active and can be quite aggressive. You would not want to keep them with any of the quiet tetras or other slow moving flowing finned fish. Serpae's or something like that that gives as good as it gets would work.

They have a reputation for eating plants although I've seen them kept in planted tanks without obvious trouble.

Thanks! I'm not really good with metric but im geussing that 60-70 mm is around 6-7 cm? Are they okay with the fish i have right now? Would phantoms be okay? My LFs has some new HY511s, red phantoms, among others they are awesome!
Would these work? They are just such a beutiful fish!

P.S> In this tank, I currently have no real plants

Sorry to be impatient but I need these questions answered....

Are the Red Tail Mirror Blue Tetra okay with the fish i have right now? What other tetra would be good in there and school with the exsisting fish i have currently. Should i get any other fish? heres again whats in the tank:
