New Fish

[Tankhelp]

I just re-started my tank.. added an arrow crab..a maroon clown and a bi colored angel. The clown has been hiding out for 3 days since I added. I restarted my protein skimmer and all of a sudden it's mobile. But..It's eyes are a little bit "bug eyed". and I don't remember if it was that way when I added it to the tank. Anyone want to touch this one?

What is your water testing at? (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and salinity)
Did you cycle the tank first?
How big is the tank?
Why was your skimmer turned off?
