hi everyone, at the moment i have a nano set up and running nicely but soon am moving into my own house i would like to set up a largish fish only i have to tanks to choose from a 3by18by2 and a aqua one which is i think is just over 2.5ft long 18wide and 2 high, which would be best my stocking plan is a dwarf lion a dwarf angel and maybe a couple of others not sure what im open to suggestions. should i skim i have a aquamedic turbo 1000 skimmer spare if its a good idea, also can i put my fluval 304 on it or should i go sump. i have a large enough chiller for either tank and heaters ect, also should i go fowlr or just fish only

thanks in advance

skimmer would be a great idea with the somewhat messy dwarf lionfish. As would the larger 65g tank. You shouldn't need a chiller without high-powered lights, just the heaters.

Of course, ski is right, would be a good idea with any marine pred to skim to help deal with excess waste created from it's diet. You can prob use a canister if you have enough LR in the tank itself to filter. If you wanted to use a sump, it would provide a good hiding spot for the skimmer and some extra LR for filtration. But, the decision is mostly up to you as either would work
