and thats all folks :D

yea hes a poser... bkks is probably much better looking in real life.. mine is very grumpy and lazy.. not to mention dirty.. needs cleaned way more often than everyone else.. he leaves floaty translucent crap everywhere.. its like a whirlwind when he swims

definately not.. she was hiding in the back attacking every female that came near her in the store... their tanks are like 33g square tanks, so the back goes back very far and is dark and hard to see, but i managed to see her shiny green tail!

 I just brought home a red female dt that looks pretty much exactly like yours in body shape and coloring...only difference is mine is not a crowntail. I haven't had her for a full day yet and her personality has already won me over. Needless to say all your fish are absolutely gorgeous.

thanks :D my red dt ct patrols the bottom and harrasses the flying fox's pretty much all day... im waiting for them to fight back.. they just swim away like chickens.. shes the smallest in the tank, so doesnt bother with any of the bettas cause shed get whooped.. thats probably why she picks on the flying fox's

My girl is small too, i was having a hard time picking one out of all of them. However i knew i had to have her when she casually went up for a breath of air turned around flared and charged another female twice her size. Combine that and her looks and how could i leave her there. At least your little girl has found someone to pick on to make her feel intimidating without getting hurt

i love that green one. you dont see yellow/green ones like that often.
i have been looking for one that color but cant seem to find one... :/

she would seriously get whooped if she tried to mess with anyone else.. the queen of the tank is easily twice her size in length, and knows shes the queen... no one is allowed in a particular part of the tank or they get chased off... havent seen any missing fin pieces or anything which is good.. i dont plan on adding any other females in there, as it could get crowded.. i think ill leave things the way they are and hope nothing bad happens.. as always, ive got backup plans so it wouldnt be too big of a deal..

do you have any pics of yours ?

I hope the female community tank works out well for you. I wish i had pictures of her. I lent my digital camera to my sister so she could take pictures of her house that is up for sale and i haven't seen it in a while. And my other digital has yet to produce decent fish pictures although i do plan on giving it another try soon. So hopefully i will have pictures of her soon :)
